- Greenvalley Premium Supermarkets (Pvt) Ltd. provides Cash on Delivery service throughout Pakistan. Our team and delivery partners deliver straight to the customer from our respective outlets.
- Perishable goods are only delivered in certain areas of Rawalpindi and Lahore. Contact us to confirm if your address is eligible for delivery.
- Customers can order goods online and pay cash upon delivery, making it simple for them.
- We only accept cash payments in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), making it convenient for you to pay.
- Please keep a copy of your order confirmation until you receive your goods, so you know what you are getting.
- Prices may change due to fluctuations in the dollar. We will confirm any price changes before delivering your order.
- Prices for fruits & vegetables may vary in Lahore & Rawalpindi.
- Delivery Charges are based on distance:
- Within 5 km, it’s 199 PKR.
- For distances between 5 to 10 km, it’s 399 PKR.
- If you are outside the city, your order will be dispatched from Lahore and delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days.
- We don’t allow bulk buying as per company policies.
- For return or exchange, please visit our physical store where our team will assist you.
- Sometimes we might need to change or cancel an order, but only if it’s necessary to keep things running smoothly.
- Within 5 km, we deliver orders under 1000 PKR. Within 10 km, orders must be above 1000 PKR
