Delivery Policy

Greenvalley Premium Supermarkets (Pvt) Ltd. provides Cash on Delivery service throughout Pakistan. Our team and delivery partners deliver straight to the customer from our respective outlets.

Perishable products such as fresh meat, perishable foods such as meats, fish, and dairy are only delivered for free from specific parts of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Kindly contact us to clarify if your delivery address is not covered by us.

A flat fee of Rs: 250 will be applied to get perishable products delivered to your location for locations that are not included as free delivery.

The minimum delivery order amount is Rs.1000.

Orders will be delivered in the specific time slots:

1.  11am to 1pm
2.  3pm to 5pm
3.  7pm to 9pm

We will evaluate shipping charges as mentioned below.

1. The item’s weight and size.
2. Scheme for shipment.
3. All orders will be delivered via courier or supplier delivery to the place you are sending them to (also known as the destination). Deliveries are door-to-door, although this may not always be available owing to logistic company restrictions or local rules.
4. Delivery charges for both food and non-food products will apply to a single order if both types of items are included.

Shipping Information 

Self-Pickup Orders on Demand: If you need to pick up your order from our store, please notify us within 2 hours of placing your order. You can avail of this service by calling us at the number.

For same-day deliveries: If the customer demands urgent or same-day delivery, then the customer has to pay an additional fee. Customers can confirm or avail of this service by contacting us at our phone number.
