  1. Returns will only be entertained within 7 days from the date of purchase, Please keep your invoices, receipts, or warranty cards as proof of purchase. No returns will be accepted without the original sales invoice.
  2. Products must only be replaced or refunded if returned within 7 days of the order or time of delivery.
  3. The replacement policy is only applicable if you receive the wrong item or the product that is delivered has defects or faults.
  4. Unless the customer wants to exchange any item, they can do so for a different size, colour, or item.
  5. Promotional or Discounted items will not be returned or exchanged.
  6. No exchange and return on frozen items.
  7. Personalized items will not be replaced or accommodated.
  8. Installed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  9. All fresh and meat will not be returned or exchanged after 24 hours of purchase.
